STEMS of your Recording Session
Service Description
At Vibez by TIFA, we understand that artists may need stems for remixing, additional production, or mixing purposes. To ensure a smooth process, we have established the following policy regarding stem requests. 1. Ownership & Access • Session files (including stems) remain the property of Vibez by TIFA unless otherwise agreed upon. • Stems are not automatically included in the recording session fee and must be requested separately. 2. Stem Preparation & Delivery • Stems will be exported in WAV format (24-bit, 44.1 kHz or higher). • Files will be labeled appropriately (e.g., “Lead Vocals,” “Drums,” “Bass”). • Unless specified, stems will be dry (no effects) for flexibility in mixing. 3. Turnaround Time • Standard delivery: 3-5 business days • Express delivery (within 24 hours): Additional $50 fee 4. Pricing • Basic Stem Package (Vocals Only): $60 • Full Instrumental & Vocals Stems: $150 • Processed Stems (With Effects & Mix Settings Applied): Additional $60 • Additional Revisions or Requests: $50 per revision 5. Delivery Method • Stems will be delivered via Google Drive, WeTransfer, or Dropbox. • If a physical copy (USB) is required, an additional $20 fee applies. 6. File Retention Policy • We store session files for 60 days after the recording session. • After 60 days, files may be deleted unless a storage fee ($50 per additional month) is paid in advance. How to Request Stems To request stems, please email info@tifa.club with: • The song title and date of the session • The specific stems needed (vocals only, full song, effects applied, etc.) • Your preferred delivery method Once payment is received, we will begin processing your request. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy for The iT Factor Academy Inc "TIFA"CANCELLATIONS, BOOKING, AND RESCHEDULING POLICY Vibez By TIFA Recording Studio and Rehearsal Space bookings are not confirmed until the customer pays their invoice in full. Same-day bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable except within out-of-the-norm or extraordinary circumstances. When a customer books a session at Vibez by TIFA Studio, their contact information is automatically sent to a pool of engineers that “pick up,” and confirm the session with a customer. If a customer requests to book a same-day session, the session is not invoiced if there is not adequate time or engineers available. The customer’s deposit is good for a booking within 7 days. Deposits for studio sessions are placed to protect our engineers and producers, as well as our business. Many frequently asked questions are what these deposits are for: Deposits play an integral role in ensuring we are able to compensate our staff appropriately and provide consistent and reliable income for our music professionals. When cancelling or rescheduling your studio session, we ask that you notify us at least 48 hours prior to your session date and time. This allows our staff ample time to adjust our schedule to get you or another client booked. In the event that you need to reschedule your session, we offer reschedules for up-to 7 days after you’ve completed your payment. After 7 days, your studio session timeslot is forfeited and no longer available. Promotional Use: Vibez Recording Studio and Rehearsal Space reserves the right to use audio and video recordings from rehearsal sessions for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, website content, and marketing materials. Client Consent: By booking and using our rehearsal space, clients consent to the recording and potential use of their rehearsal sessions for promotional purposes. Clients who do not wish to have their sessions recorded or used for promotion must notify the studio in writing prior to their session.
